  1. I purchased a game but not available to download.
  2. Check your internet connection if its stable with the internet speed tester such as http://www.speedtest.net/. After download is complete, you should be able to find your game files under File Manager, Downloads folder. Click on APK file to install the game.

  3. I am being charged twice for the game (or an in app) and it’s still not downloading…
  4. Unless something goes very, VERY wrong, we will never charge you twice for the same item. Please contact your payment provider if you have been charged correctly.

  5. Why is my device not compatible with your game(s)?
  6. Please read the Game’s Requirement section carefully before you buy the game. There are many possible reasons why a device gets banned. It’s not only due to hardware issues, some Android versions are so customized that the game simply can’t run correctly. We prefer to spare our fans from purchasing the game that is not going to run while we try to fix the problem. We are sorry for this and thank you for your patience.
